Acceptance and eligibility
Access to METRIKA creates an agreement between the user and the service.
Accepting the agreement
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using METRIKA, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the product for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You must also comply with sports-betting rules where you are located. Access to METRIKA does not confirm that gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Traceable changes
We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, or regulatory changes. We will show the effective date and, where a change is material or required by law, provide reasonable advance notice.

What METRIKA is
A connected system to record, understand, and demonstrate results.
Tracking, insight, and trust
METRIKA provides single and parlay recording, bankrolls and currencies, performance metrics, Vision ticket drafts, result suggestions, METRIKA Intelligence, Discovery, public profiles, community, and related tools. Features depend on the plan and may evolve.
We are not a bookmaker
METRIKA does not accept stakes, place bets, hold gambling funds, or settle bets for you. Any real-money transaction is made with a third party you choose and under that third party’s rules.
Availability and evolution
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical limits, provider changes, beta features, or temporary outages may occur. We aim to preserve your data and communicate material incidents.

Account, history, and community
Your account contains private data and, when you choose, public content.
Account security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity in your session unless applicable law says otherwise. Never share passwords or access codes.
Your data and content
You retain rights in bets, text, images, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it, translate it, display it when you publish it, and deliver requested features. You must have the right to upload it.
Profiles, forum, and messages
Content you make public may be viewed and shared by others. Do not post third-party data without permission, spam, impersonation, harassment, or illegal material. We may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect people, rights, and service integrity.

Automation speeds up work; the final decision remains human.
Analysis, not promises
METRIKA Intelligence, Discovery, probabilities, expected value, and suggestions are supporting information. They are not financial advice and cannot guarantee accuracy, profit, or personal suitability. Review every selection and your circumstances before acting.
Data can change
Times, line-ups, standings, results, odds, and settlement rules may change or contain source errors. Verify the event, market, playing period, and current price with the bookmaker. Vision creates a draft; result suggestions require your review and confirmation.
METRIKA Tokens
Tokens measure intelligent operations. Each action deducts the amount shown in the interface according to the work performed. Daily allowances depend on the plan. Extra packs are one-time purchases, do not expire, and are used after the daily allowance.

Plans, payment, and cancellation
Price and capacity are shown before any payment is confirmed.
Free, Pro, Max, and Founder
Free has no monthly fee. Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions with the capabilities published on Pricing. Founder and Founder Max are closed terms for eligible historical accounts. New sign-ups do not automatically receive a Pro trial.
Secure payment and renewal
MONEI processes payments. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until cancellation. Checkout shows price, currency, and applicable taxes. Token packs are one-time payments and do not renew.
Cancellation and consumer rights
You can schedule cancellation from your account. No further renewal is taken, and access continues through the paid period. Refunds, withdrawal, and guarantees follow mandatory consumer law and the circumstances of service performance. Contact Support to exercise them.

Better measurement does not remove uncertainty or financial risk.
The decision is yours
You decide whether to bet, with which bookmaker, amount, and market. METRIKA is not responsible for gambling losses, changing odds, user input errors, or third-party settlements, without limiting any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Use limits
Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. Use bankrolls, stakes, and limits as controls, not promises of recovery. If gambling stops being entertainment or you lose control, stop and seek help from specialist services in your country.
Prohibited uses
You may not abuse promotions or multiple accounts, evade limits, automate harmful traffic, scrape at scale, interfere with security, introduce malware, commit fraud, infringe rights, or use METRIKA for illegal activity.

Ownership and third-party services
We protect METRIKA technology and respect what you contribute.
Technology and brand
METRIKA’s software, design, brand, data models, documentation, and original content are protected by intellectual-property rights. Your account grants a personal, limited, revocable, and non-transferable right to use the service.
Licence needed to operate
We process your content only to run chosen features: storage, analysis, metrics, public profile or link display, and technical copies. You can adjust visibility and request account deletion under the Privacy Policy.
External sources and links
Odds, events, results, payments, authentication, and other components may depend on external providers. Their terms may apply when you interact with them. A third-party link or data point does not mean METRIKA controls or guarantees that service.

Suspension, liability, and law
Account measures should be proportionate to risk and breach.
Restriction or closure
We may limit, suspend, or close an account for breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, or legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will explain why and provide a review channel. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time.
Lawful limitations
METRIKA is provided with reasonable care but without promising sporting or financial outcomes. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, personal injury, or any consumer right or guarantee that law does not allow us to limit.
Applicable law and contact
