About METRIKA

Meet the team, mission and methodology behind METRIKA. Professional analytics platform for tipsters and bettors built on verifiable data and full transparency.

Mission

Build the reference analytics platform for professional bettors and tipsters. Verifiable data, explained formulas and tools that would be unaffordable if paid — free for everyone who bets seriously.

How we work

Auditable data

Every bet is stored in a relational database with locking triggers (1h for edits, 3 h for results, 1h for deletion on tipster profiles). The history is immutable and verifiable.

Full transparency

Public profiles expose yield, win rate, ROI and profit computed in real time from the user's actual bankroll. No make-up. No "best month shown".

Models in service of analysis

OCR for ticket scanning, conversational sports advisor, multi-API auto-resolve. Models accelerate mechanical tasks — judgement still belongs to the bettor.

Integrity over growth

If a feature can be abused to inflate fake metrics (auto-resolve, late editing, imported picks already settled), we add gates before shipping. Real false positives never offset the damage to trust.

Stack and methods

Sports data: Odds-API.io for real-time odds across 18 bookmakers, API-Sports and FootyStats for results, scores and advanced stats. Odds snapshots every 10 minutes to track market movement.

Intelligence: Model-first pipeline for auto-resolve (Haiku 4.5 + Sonnet 4.6 by complexity), GPT-4.1 for the conversational advisor with structured tool access. Every operation leaves a forensic record in dedicated audit tables.

Current coverage: 24 sports (football, basketball, baseball, NFL, rugby, handball, volleyball) and 17 markets (1X2, BTTS, Over/Under, Asian Handicap, DNB, Double Chance, Correct Score, Corners, Cards, Spread and more). Tennis, hockey, MMA and esports temporarily out of auto-resolve due to measured low match rate.

Infrastructure: Next.js 16 + Supabase (Postgres with RLS) + Vercel. Realtime via Supabase Broadcast for chat and notifications. PWA with service worker — installable as an app without going through the App Store.

Editorial policy

The blog and the /aprende section contain technical guides on value betting, bankroll management, Kelly Criterion, CLV and other concepts. Articles are updated when the state of the art changes. We do not publish picks as SEO content nor recommend bookmakers based on commissions.

Sports betting carries financial risk. It should only be done with money you can afford to lose. If you think you have a gambling problem, jugarbien.es offers help.
